nNOW HIRING! HOME HEALTH AIDES (HHA) ~ WORK INDEPENDENTLY · 1-to-1 IN-HOME PATIENT CARE

nRESPONSIBILITIES:

nPerform home visits for patients in a home care setting as delegated by the care-managing RN

nObserves, records, and coordinates care with multi-disciplines regarding the patient's treatment and any change in condition

nProvides compassionate, patient-centered personal care including bathing/showering, washing hair, nails, continence care, etc. May also perform light housekeeping duties just as fixing a light meal, changing linen/making bed, empty trash, etc.

nPAID ORIENTATION · FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES · PROFESSIONAL GROWTH · PAID MILEAGE BETWEEN VISITS

nQUALIFICATIONS:

nCurrent certification as a CNA in Connecticut REQUIRED

nValid driver’s license

nReliable transportation and willing to travel in New London County

nStrong communication and interpersonal skills

nHome health experience preferred
