nBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care for our clients in Monmouth County. This position offers consistent hours every day of the week, with the flexibility to work part time or build toward a full schedule based on your availability.

nWhat You Will Do
n• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
n• Support the client’s morning routine, comfort, and safety
n• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
n• Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition
n• Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive care environment
n• Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
nWhat We Are Looking For
n• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
n• Availability for shifts on one or more days per week
n• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
n• Compassionate and patient focused approach
n• Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
