SYNERGY HomeCare Immediate HiringCNA OR HHA CertifiedShort shifts - Weekends and WeekdaysService areas: Palm Bay, Melbourne (West), Melbourne (Viera areas)If you're genuinely interested and meet the qualifications, we'd love to hear from you.As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.Assist clients with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.Qualifications & RequirementsCNA License (Florida) or certified HHA (Florida) requiredCurrent FIRST AID & CPR certificationCurrent TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 monthsPass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.Bilingual a plusMemory Care experience a plusSYNERGY HomeCare offers:Pay rate $16-18./hourDirect depositW2 employment (not 1099)IMPORTANT: This position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
