nJob Summary We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.
nKey Responsibilities
nSafely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.)
nAssist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
nAssist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention
nProvide companionship and light housekeeping as needed
nMonitor and report changes in client condition to care team
nMaintain accurate visit and care documentation
nRequirements
nRequired: Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift
nRequired: Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) — required for Medicare compliance
nRequired: Ability to pass background check
nHoyer Lift experience
nHHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain)
nCPR/First Aid certification preferred
nReliable transportation
nPrior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred
