nJoin Haven Home Care Services LLC as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Pennington where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care in a warm and welcoming environment.
nResponsibilities:
nAssist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
nProvide companionship and emotional support to clients.
nAdminister medication and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
nHelp clients with mobility and transportation needs.
nMaintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
nDocument care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
nCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
nEngage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
nRequirements:
nMust have a valid HHA certification or equivalent experience.
nPrior experience in home health care or a similar role is preferred.
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
nCompassionate demeanor with a commitment to client care.
nReliable transportation and flexibility in schedule.
nBasic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
nBackground check and references required.
