Job description
Right at Home is seeking to hire CNA and caregivers to join a dynamic team providing in home care and assistance to local clients. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their own homes. Currently looking for caregivers to fill hours 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 5 pm Monday -Friday at Country Meadows in Bethlehem starting Monday 3/18!

nEssential Functions:
nPerforms personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):
nPersonal Hygiene
nAmbulation/Transfers
nDressing/Shaving
nPrepares meals and snacks according to instructions
nAccompany patient on errands or medical appointments
nPerforms light housekeeping activities
nPerforms patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):
nMedication reminders
nAssisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
nAssisting with blood glucose monitoring
nCare of bed-bound patients
nIncontinence care
nPossible use of lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
nPreferred Experience in:
nPersonal care
nRange of Motion Exercises
nCompanionship
nLight cleaning
