nYour Role as a Caregiver May Include:
nProviding compassionate one-on-one companionship and emotional support
nLight housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
nPreparing meals, snacks, and assisting with nutrition needs
nAssisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
nTransportation assistance for appointments, errands, and activities
nFollowing individualized care plans based on each client’s needs
nWorking closely with our office team and client families to provide quality care and timely updates
nCreating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every client you serve
nWe’re Looking for Caregivers Who:
nAre currently certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
nHold a valid Driver’s License
nHave active Auto Insurance and a clean driving record
nHave access to a smartphone and active email account
nUnderstand the importance of professionalism, ethics, and maintaining client confidentiality
nAre compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
nAre responsive and able to provide timely communication regarding schedules, availability, and work-related updates
nUnderstand the importance of staying engaged and responsive throughout the hiring and onboarding process
nAre willing to complete all required employment documents and onboarding requirements promptly
