Job DescriptionAbout the Position
The Hi-Lo Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Hi-lo operator will also sort incoming/outgoing production and/or warehouse material to deliver products to the appropriate areas ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment as required, and assist in the unloading or loading of product moving into or out of the warehouse
Participate in the physical inventories as required
Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work areas and operate in a manner that promotes safety.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
High school degree or GED equivalent
1-2 years of hi-lo driving experience
Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of taking the initiative to accomplish tasks in creative ways with a sense of urgency and assertiveness
Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
Physical Demands
Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to work autonomously and use resources available to complete tasks timely
Must have physical mobility to stand/walk during 8-hour shift
