Job description
Aveanna Healthcare seeks an In Home Healthcare LPN to provide high-acuity skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, trach/vent and wound care, and close monitoring of complex conditions. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, follow individualized care plans, document in EMR, and educate families on ongoing care.
