Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur Pediatric Clients Would Love to Meet You High Acuity Pediatric LPN – Float Pool WeekendsCamden County, NJThis position offers set schedule and premium pay for qualified pediatric nurses - $45/hr.We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized home care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs on weekends. This role offers the unique combination of float pool flexibility with schedule predictability and guaranteed weekly pay. You will deliver care across our high-acuity pediatric cases, assist new clients with hospital to home transition, train nurses and cover critical openings.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver advanced nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions (e.g., tracheostomy care, ventilator management, enteral feeding, and central line care).Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans.Float within a designated geographic territory to cover high-acuity patient cases, planned leave, or care transitions.Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation.Collaborate closely with families, primary care teams, and pediatric clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care.Guaranteed Hours & Schedule TermsPredictable Hours with a set schedule.Advance Notice to maintain work-life balance.Protected Compensation: If a scheduled client cancels or has a shift reduction, your pay remains intact while you remain available for alternative clinical reassignments.QualificationsActive, unencumbered LPN license in NJ.Minimum of 1 of clinical pediatric experience required.Hands-on experience with high-acuity interventions (Ventilator, Tracheostomy, G-Tube/NG-Tube).Current BLS/CPR Certification.All BAYADA Skilled Nursing Enjoy:Weekly paychecksFlexible schedules that work for youOne-to-one client carePreventive care covered for ALL employees (PRN included)Scholarship opportunities, free courses, and on-the-job training$1,200 nurse referral bonusRequirements for LPNs:Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diplomaA current nursing license in good standing in the stateIf you want to be appreciated, come to BAYADA.BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Camden County Skilled Nursing team.
