Job description
KTEMedical in El Paso, Texas is hiring Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join a care team across multiple hospitals. The role offers a 7am–3pm Monday–Friday schedule with optional extended shifts and a generous PTO plan.
This is a no call, no weekend, no holiday position with significant earning potential. The base salary is $315,000 with a $75,000 sign-on paid over three years, yielding a total comp of about $340,000 annually, plus overtime and weekend overtime options.
