From the first level security officer to the CEO, St. Moritz is committed from the top down to provide the highest level of service possible.Pay: $18 Per hour (Based on experience)Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday | Availability for 1st and 2nd shift Rotating Schedule | Hours depend on availability up to 36 hours per week.Overview: We are seeking polished, customer-focused Security Officers to support luxury retail environments. This role blends asset protection with high-end customer service, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong situational awareness.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a visible yet discreet presence; professionally greet clients and staffMonitor entrances, exits, and sales areas to prevent theft or disruptionsConduct routine patrols (sales floor, fitting rooms, stock areas)Respond quickly to suspicious activity, incidents, or emergenciesAssist with store operations (opening/closing, alarms, escorts, deliveries)Complete accurate incident and daily activity reportsCommunicate effectively with management, team members, and law enforcementSupport a safe, welcoming environment aligned with luxury brand standardsRequired Qualifications:Valid New York State Security Guard License1–2 years of security experienceProfessional appearance, demeanor, and communication skillsAbility to stay calm in fast-paced or high-pressure situationsFlexible availability for rotating schedulesPreferred:Experience in luxury retail, loss prevention, or similar environmentsCandidates are encouraged to dress in business professional attire for the interview.HS Diploma GED or H.S.
