Advanced Professional Security (APS) Security OfficerAdvanced Professional Security (APS) is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-service focused Licensed Security Officer for a luxury retail location in Scottsdale. This is a position in a high-end and client-facing role. Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail are required for this role. APS has 18 years of experience in providing premier security services to ensure the safety, security, and peace of mind that our clients and customers come to expect and know.High-End Retail Unarmed Security GuardOur ideal candidate is observant, composed under pressure, professional in appearance and behavior, has unwavering integrity, and self-discipline while possessing strong written and verbal communication skills. Our clients and their guests expect nothing less than the best from APS and we are looking to deliver them to ensure the safety of residents, their guests, and visitors.Essential Functions and ResponsibilityMaintain a visible and professional security presenceMonitor the store and surrounding areas for suspicious activityAssist in deterring theft, disturbances, and unauthorized activityRemain attentive and aware of surroundings throughout the shiftProvide professional and courteous interaction with clients, employees, and guestsRespond appropriately to incidents and follow established security proceduresComplete incident reports when necessaryOther related duties, as assigned.Uniform & Professional StandardsTacticalBlack company polo shirtBlack tactical vest no plates no sippersBlack tactical boots or shoesTan tactical pants that are fitted not loose or saggingClean, polished, professional appearance at all timesNo personal cell phone use while on dutyProfessional demeanor and conduct at all timesAPS will provide the selected exceptional candidate with a jacket and tie.
