Job description
RaceTrac is seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability. You will oversee up to 45 employees, recruit and coach a winning team, manage staffing, and implement strategic plans to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.
You will analyze sales, labor and financial reports, uphold food safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean, well-organized store while embracing a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
