Job description
Asbury is seeking a General Sales Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing and driving profitability in the dealership's variable operations. You will lead from the front, mentor sales consultants and F&I staff, and coordinate with sales, finance, and management to meet monthly objectives.
The role requires hands-on involvement in all sales processes, inventory oversight for new and used vehicles, and a proven track record of high-volume results.
