Job description
Flowerama in Des Moines, IA is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to lead our florist and gift store, delivering outstanding customer service and overseeing daily operations.
You will interview, hire, supervise staff, manage inventory and pricing, train employees, and ensure profitability while staying current with industry trends.
A strong team player with POS experience and good communication is preferred; ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods is required.
