Job description
Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Rolesville, NC is seeking a General Manager to run the restaurant every shift, every day. You will drive sales, build a strong team, and deliver fast, high-quality guest experiences, owning the business as if it were your own.
Success means consistently hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. You will lead from the front during peak hours and develop Shift Leaders and AMs for long-term growth.
