Job description
McDonald’s Corporate-owned restaurant in California is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume operation and uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You will lead Department Managers, coach teams, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick-service or hospitality, a track record of staffing, scheduling, and developing teams, and are 18 years or older.
