Job description
PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in New Haven, CT to build and lead a team while continuing to originate loans. You will keep your own deals and benefit from processing, underwriting, and back-office support to focus on production, recruiting, and coaching.
You'll recruit, mentor, and coach loan officers, and help grow the branch's culture and P&L. A strong referral network and active MLO license are essential to succeed in this role at PRMI.
