Job description
McDonald's in Michigan is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
The GM leads Department Managers, coaches teams, sets goals with leaders, and may hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong, future-ready team.
Ideal candidates have at least two years of GM/Store Manager experience in high-volume settings; quick service, hospitality, or retail background is preferred.
