Broad River Retail, a premier Ashley licensee, is seeking a Selling General Manager to lead one of our high-performing stores with a guest-first mindset. You will coach, recruit, develop talent, and personally produce while building a culture of excellence.
You must excel in retail leadership, thrive in commissioned sales, and enjoy building winning teams. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly GM bonuses tied to store KPI performance.
