What We re Looking For:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical skills with adaptability in diverse settings
Experience or willingness to work in an FQHC setting
Full-time preferred ; part-time opportunities may be available
Job Details:
6 month minimum with option to extend
20-22 patients per day
All ages
5 days per week
EPIC EMR - Experience Required
Must be willing to travel between San /Jose and Fremont for their mobile clinic
