This includes cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating, and stacking products to ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare products for shipment according to established guidelines and customer specificationsWork safely and efficiently while using all required personal protective equipment (PPE)Read and interpret product documentation, including quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work instructionsClean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools to meet fit, form, and function requirementsMaintain continuous production flow to prevent backlog at workstationsInspect finished products to ensure high quality and customer satisfactionSupport training of new employees and assist other departments as neededParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and standard work practicesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredAbility to follow detailed instructions and safety standardsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLocation: 200 Elm St. Urbana, OH 43078Two companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
