Key duties include:Customer service and access controlPatrols and incident responseSite monitoring and safety enforcementIdeal for individuals seeking stability, teamwork, and career growth in security.Opportunities for Active or Retired Law Enforcement Specialized assignments throughout Illinois, including executive protection, patrol programs, healthcare, campuses, private venues, and retail.Flexible schedulingCompetitive rates statewidePerfect for officers seeking supplemental income or flexible off-duty work.Job DetailsSchedule: Monday-Friday (OUTSIDE POST ORDERS)Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors of the high rise commercial properties. (Downtown Chicago Loop)Perform site-specific duties, including escorting customers to the L Train, customer service, lobby and visitor reception, and other assigned tasks.Conduct routine security patrols (rover duties) of the property, monitoring for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.Monitor and identify security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations, reporting them as required.Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to security protocols and company policies.Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to maintain smooth daily operations.Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities.Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, and observations from patrols.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of exceptional customer experience.Strong customer service, professionalism skills, and computer skills.ACTIVE PERC CardBasic 20 Hour certificateAbility to write effective, concise, and legible reports.Certification Requirements20 hour Security Training CertificatePERC CardEducation RequirementsGED or High School DiplomaAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid HolidaysDental InsurancePaid VacationVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceTravel is required.The following screenings are required:Criminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Day shiftNight shift
