Job description
High Rise Window CleanerThis position requires previous experience with washing windows and frames on high-rise buildings using various types of aerial lift equipment. Additional experience with caulking, painting, waterproofing, or pressure washing is a huge plus, but not required. Must have a valid Driver's License. Willing to pay Top Dollar for highly experienced individuals!Responsibilities:Clean and maintain high-rise windows using appropriate techniques, equipment and cleaning chemicalsSafely operate aerial boom lift platforms, swing stages, and other lift equipment to reach the windows of high-rise buildings.Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as squeegees, ladders, power washers, water-fed poles, long poles, and basic window cleaning equipmentInspect windows for cracks, chips, or other damage before cleaning and report to the appropriate personRespond promptly to customer requests and provide excellent customer serviceEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and meet customer satisfactionAdhere to health and safety regulations and best practices in window cleaningMaintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, products used, and any issues encounteredRequirements:Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weatherProven experience as a Professional High Rise Window CleanerStrong knowledge of window cleaning techniques and equipment. Specifically lift equipment such as aerial boom lifts, swing stages, etc.Ability to work at heights and climb ladders safelyExcellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team membersAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyAttention to detail and ability to work to a high standardValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check and drug testPhysical Requirements:Able to stand on your feet for a full work dayAble to lift up to 60 lbs.Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and armsAble to work with your arms above your headAble to bend and squat to ground levelBenefits Why this job is great for you!Become a valued, respected member of the Team with great teammates, culture, and a supportive company.Competitive pay and benefits.Daily pay available for all team members.Medical Benefits for Team Members (who work 30 hours or more per week.)Now Available!
