Uncommon Schools seeks a High School Athletic Director to lead a rigorous, equity-focused athletics program that supports our college-preparatory mission. The Director oversees all sports teams, coaches, and athletic operations, including scheduling, facilities, compliance, and budgets. This role builds a strong student-athlete culture grounded in character, academic accountability, and inclusion, and partners closely with school leaders, families, and community.
