Job description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with high school students in an educational environment near Oceanside, CA. This full-time position is tailored for licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about supporting student communication and success.
Qualifications:
Valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Prior experience working with high school students preferred
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans
Comfortable working in a school setting and adapting to diverse student needs
Your Role Includes: Providing direct speech and language therapy to a high school caseload
Conducting evaluations, assessments, and documenting progress
Creating individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
Offering support and resources to teachers and parents for student success
