Job description
National Heritage Academies is seeking a Dean of High School at Westfield Preparatory in Redford, MI. The Dean will drive instructional leadership, model the Classroom Framework, and build strong relationships with staff to improve student achievement and college readiness.
The role requires 3–5 years of teaching and prior school leadership experience, a BA in Education, and licensure as an administrator where required. Collaboration, data analysis, and strong communication are essential.
