Job description
Step into a rewarding role supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist. Qualifications and Experience:
Current Speech-Language Pathology license and certification
Experience working with students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
Strong understanding of various speech, language, and communication disorders
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive school environment
Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language assessments for students at multiple school levels
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
Work closely with educational staff, parents, and administrators to discuss progress and goals
Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports as required
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech-language pathology
