Job description
Pennington Park church is seeking a High School Coordinator/Director to lead 9th–12th grade programming under the Pastor of Students. You will oversee HS ministry alongside the Intermediate Coordinator, shaping a gospel-centered discipleship pathway.
You will recruit and equip volunteers, partner with families, manage the ministry budget, and ensure safety protocols. This is a full-time role requiring 40–50 hours weekly with events in evenings and weekends.
