Calendar/Work Days: 12 months - 260 days
Supervisor: Superintendent
Status: Exempt - Administration
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Principal provides strategic and operational leadership for the school, leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of curricular, instructional, personnel, and schoolwide initiatives aligned with the District mission and strategic plan to support and enhance student learning and outcomes.
Qualifications
Professional Educator License (PEL) with General Administrative or Principal Endorsement.
Master's degree in educational leadership.
Three years of successful secondary administrative and supervisory experience
Three years secondary teaching experience.
Qualified teacher and principal evaluator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated digital literacy and ability to effectively use district technology systems and tools for communication, collaboration, data analysis, instructional leadership, and school operations.
Ability to facilitate student learning through effective leadership and collaboration.
Ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both orally and in writing, in English.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to address difficult situations with courtesy, tact, discretion, and sound judgment.
Ability to effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions.
Ability to interpret, analyze, and effectively utilize data to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.
Salary/Benefits
Salary Range :
$195,000 - $225,000
