Job description
Shared Practices Group is seeking a Sales Consultant (Smile Consultant) in the Tonawanda, NY area to guide patients through life-changing dental implant decisions, typically in the $30K–$50K range per case. You will build trust, handle objections, and close deals in a high-ticket environment.
This role offers uncapped earnings through bonus and commissions, with a typical total compensation of $90K–$150K, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
