Job description
McDonald’s Corporation is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume, franchise-owned restaurant. You will lead a team, drive profitability, ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and work with Department and Shift Managers to hit goals.
Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in quick-service or hospitality, are 21+, and can recruit, coach, and develop staff. Starting compensation is $49,000 per year with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and education
