Job description
McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant in Cabazon, CA is hiring a General Manager to run a profitable operation while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
You will lead a team of department managers, set goals, coach, and ensure staffing and scheduling align with business needs.
Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick service or hospitality, must be 18+, and will work in an environment focused on guest satisfaction and growth.
