Job description
McDonald's Restaurants Limited in Missouri is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and coach staff to improve performance.
Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick-service or hospitality settings, are at least 18 years old, and bring experience in hospitality or retail.
