Job description
McDonald’s in the Town of Victor area is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while ensuring McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards are met. You will lead a team through department managers, set store goals, and develop plans to achieve them, coaching to improve performance.
The role requires GM experience in high-volume settings, preferably quick service or hospitality/retail.
