Job description
Happy Camper in Chicago, IL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily FOH & BOH operations of a busy restaurant. You will drive sales, manage costs, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while building a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in high-volume restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit, train and develop staff. This role reports to the DO and COO and offers a salary of $90,000–$105,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
