Job description
McDonald's franchise restaurant is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations, drive profitability, and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will coach Department Managers, set goals, and develop staff to deliver premier guest experiences.
Applicants should have GM experience in fast‑food or hospitality, a track record of leading teams, and be at least 18 years old. Excellent coaching and communication skills are essential.
