Job description
The General Manager at a McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is responsible for running a profitable operation and for upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, and create plans to achieve them.
Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick-service environments; a background in hospitality or retail is valued. You must be 18 or older to manage in our owned restaurants.
