Job description
McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant within a franchisee operation. You will drive Quality, Service and Cleanliness, set goals with your leadership team, and coach Department and Shift Managers to achieve them.
Ideal candidates have GM experience, a background in quick service or hospitality, and are 18 or older. This role focuses on profitability, talent development, scheduling, and delivering great guest experiences.
