Job description
McDonald's is seeking a Store Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role involves leading a team of Department Managers, setting goals, and coaching for continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates will have prior General Manager experience in high-volume environments, preferably in quick-service, hospitality, or retail, and must be 18 or older to manage in our corporate-operated restaurants.
