McDonald’s Works for Me. We are seeking a General Manager to run a profitable, high-volume restaurant and ensure McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met daily.
The General Manager leads Department and Shift Managers, hires and develops the team, and drives goals with coaching and direction to improve operations and guest satisfaction. 18+ required; experience in quick service or hospitality is preferred.
