Hirebridge is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead a $10M+ family-owned restaurant business in Charleston, SC. You will own P&L, drive sales growth, and oversee operations, events, marketing, and guest experience with a hands-on leadership style.
The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in multi-unit restaurant management, a proven record of increasing profitability, and strong executive communication.
