Join a high-demand, established urology practice in one of the Southeast's fastest-growing markets. AdventHealth Redmond is seeking a Urologist to become part of a thriving two-physician program supported by Da Vinci 5 and Xi robotic platforms, dedicated block time, APP support, and a sustainable 1:4 call schedule . Expect immediate volume due to established referral demand and growing primary care network.
Physicians with subspecialty interests are encouraged to develop and expand specialty programs while benefiting from the resources of a nationally recognized health system and the autonomy to build their ideal practice. This opportunity offers immediate access to a large referral network, strong surgical volume, and the ability to shape the future growth of urology services across Northwest Georgia. We offer competitive guaranteed base salary with uncapped wRVU productivity incentives and substantial long-term earning potential for high-volume physicians.

Primary and secondary service area population greater than 100,000
Established referral base with a fast-growing number of employed primary care physicians
Recent renovations and equipment upgrades
Da Vinci 5 & Xi Robot onsite
Strong hospital & surgical support with highly trained OR staff
Clinic and surgical schedule with dedicated OR time
Support / Care Team: Two experienced Urologists, APPs, and full clinical support staff
Manageable Call Schedule: 1:4 Rotation
Thriving & supportive community with a committed administrative team
Requirements for the position:
Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology.
Eligible to be licensed in the state of Georgia.
Fellowship Trained
High-caliber, quality-focused, innovative physicians should apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
