Job description
Tyler Junior College is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver exceptional service to hiring managers and new employees. This on-site role in Tyler requires collaboration across departments, knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to manage onboarding and pre-employment tasks efficiently.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and at least two years of HR experience, with preference for higher education experience.
