nWhat We’re Looking For:
nMinimum 1 year of closing experience in solar (or 2+ in high-ticket sales)
nProven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
nSolid understanding of solar proposals, finance options, and customer objections
nProfessional, coachable, and motivated by performance
nStrong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport
nAbility to work on-site in Hollywood, CA
nYour Responsibilities:
nClose pre-set residential solar appointments
nWalk homeowners through custom solar proposals and financing
nMaintain a high close rate and client satisfaction
nCollaborate with setters and operations for seamless install flow
nRepresent HousBuildrs with integrity and confidence
