Highway Engineer Creighton Manning, a GAI Company
Job Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: Hybrid Location: Albany, NY Pay: Albany: $55–$70/hour
Lead the highway projects that keep New York moving. Creighton Manning is hiring a Highway Project Manager to lead highway design projects from start to finish. You will own client relationships, manage several projects at once, and mentor a team of project and staff engineers.

What You Will Do
Manage multiple highway, traffic signal, and transportation planning projects at once.
Serve as the day-to-day client contact and lead project and public meetings.
Oversee staffing, schedules, budgets, and project billing.
Lead QA/QC reviews of project documents.
Coordinate multidiscipline teams and mentor project and staff engineers.
Help develop proposals, attend proposal interviews, and represent the firm at conferences.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors in Engineering (ABET/EAC accredited).
10+ years of highway or transportation engineering experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; additional experience may substitute.
Active member of a professional organization.
Occasional after-hours work for deadlines and meetings.
