Job description
Navarro Regional Hospital in Corsicana, TX, is seeking a Supervisor of Health Information Management to oversee daily HIM operations, including chart processing, deferrals, and release of information. The role supports the HIM Manager/Director and leads the department in their absence.
The incumbent will monitor KPIs, guide staff through training, and support process improvements while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body requirements.
