Job description
Encompass Health seeks a HIMS Supervisor to lead health information management operations in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will oversee daily HIM workflows, supervise and develop staff, and ensure accurate, complete, and timely medical records that support exceptional patient care. You will monitor HIPAA and Joint Commission compliance, coordinate chart analysis and release of information, and partner with clinical leaders to improve documentation quality.
