Job description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Developmental Services, seeks a Deputy General Counsel for the Privacy Unit to advise Senior Management on privacy issues, HIPAA, public records, CORI, investigations, and related law. The deputy directs handling of lawsuits and coordinates with the attorney general’s office.
